Treasure Seekers: The Enchanted Canvases is an adventure game in which you must save your brother and recover the stolen treasure. The game takes place in a castle, where you must collect clues that lead you to your brother. Throughout the game you will visit different scenes that represent quests. These quests mainly involve looking for specific objects, place them in your inventory, and combine them in order to get to the next scene. Here you don´t have a list of objects; you just have to figure the necessary objects out by yourself or simply hover the mouse over the scene until you find a glowing object.
The game includes two modes: Casual, in which you play in a more relaxed way, since the hints and skip puzzle buttons recharge faster, and there is no timer, and the Advanced mode, in which the hints and skip puzzle buttons take more time to recharge, and other hints are not available. Apart from the inventory puzzles, which are pretty good, the game also includes a set of mini-games and puzzles that make the game more interesting and fun. These are skippable, but I suggest you don´t skip them because the game will be very short. Graphics are very good and the sound effects and music create a vivid and real environment for the players.
All in all, Treasure Seekers: The Enchanted Canvases is a good option if you are looking for a hidden-object game with an original gameplay and interesting puzzles.
- Good puzzles and mini-games
- Nice graphics and sound effects
- Creative gameplay
- A bit on the short side
